My guide knew the community well and they knew him - I found myself nodding to people, chatting to them about their homes and heritage; a very nice touch. Panjim is very good hotel, has ancient and modern feel. Excellent homemade style food. Can have internet facilities? Service needs to improve. Rates is bit on the higher side. Friendly staff and good neat large rooms. Linen and Toilet maintained in good condition. More

I tried to find details about this walk and actually did it. i liked it a lot. it shows you the old Portuguese era mansions. though i did it in parts over 2-3 days as i stayed in the same area and i enjoyed a lot. starting with a Maruti temple above the hills of Altinho, which is beautifully lighted...
