The shop offers four daily dives: the morning boat leaves at 9:00 AM for two dives and returns at around 12:30 PM. The afternoon dives go out at 1:00 and 2.30 respectively. Night dives are available every Tuesday and Thursday. The shop's second boat, Wish U Were Here, is dedicated for cruise ship visitors on various cruise ship schedules. There is the option of a one day experience program, PADI Discover Scuba Diving, for those who want to try scuba diving for the first time. The program involves some basic theory in the classroom, a short session in shallow confined water, followed by a 45 - 60 minute dive in the afternoon. The shop's friendly, experienced staff will guide you through the various dive sites in Roatan's reef system. Nitrox and Trimix are also available. Snorkelers are also welcome. « less

From the salty attitude of the owner to the dive crew this was a great place to go for a dive. Located across the street from the beautiful west end bay and their dive boat you can snorkel and relax while waiting for your dive trip or do a little shopping as well. For my son and I this was... More

For our one day cruise stop in Roatan, my husband and I chose to go on a 2 tank boat dive with Coconut Tree Divers. We booked online in advance. A driver met us at the cruise terminal and shuttled us to the dive shop on the other side of the island. There we were fitted for our gear and... More

As my first ever diving experience I was terrified but the guys at Coconut Tree were brilliant. There was a comprehensive safety briefing and they made all of our group feel completely safe and at ease in the water allowing us to take time to adjust. We all felt well looked after and their good sense of humour made us... More

I did the discover scuba and it was my first ever diving experience. The guide, Rudy, was really knowledgable and made everyone in our group feel at ease. They took things as slow as you needed and helped to point out anything particularly interesting under the water. The overall experience was amazing and I can't wait to try it again!!

CTD is just amazing. They helped me enormously planning my trip to Roatan and Utila, providing sound info on transportation and accomodation alternatives. They were very honest and clear managing my expectations regarding the creatures I could find in the superb Roatan reefs. All the dive masters I had the chance to dive with (5) were very professional, safety oriented... More

When i dive I always look for a dive op with 100CC (15 liter) tanks. In addition to great reviews they had them so that was my dive op choice. I was emailing with Gay before my trip to Roatan and she offered to pick me up from Turtle Beach in the morning. The moment I got in her car... More

When spending some time in Roatan recently, 3 of my friends and myself decided to get Open Water Certified. We found Coconut tree through Tripadvisor and I am so glad we decided to go with them. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately part of the Family. I emphasise FAMILY because that is what the crew is there.... More

Staff are professional and friendly and they take your experience level into account. When my air lasted longer than that of some other divers in my group,... More

My wife and I spent 8 days in Roatan 30/Aug/2014 - 6/ Sep/ 2014. When we arrived we were not sure who we were going to dive with. We stopped at a few places. When we walked up to Coconut Tree we immediately knew that this was the place. We could feel a sense of family. We are still new... More
