Hour late due to boat with motor-troubles, but he did continue boating with us for an extra hour to compensate time. Nice guys aboard, fun to hang out with, decent entertainment. We really didn’t catch very much, but of course that’s also a question of luck, and we were fishing from 8-12 o’clock, maybe not the best time. The day... More

Had a wonderful half day trip. Got skunked fishing the first 3.5 hours but then we tried some bottom fishing and my son scored a nice snapper that feed 12 of us that night. Would recommend as well as the captains mothers real estate business that we used the next day. Thanks again for the great day!

Last week, after a week of scuba diving in Roatan, we booked a charter with Early Bird. GREAT full day outing. He asked what we wanted, and we said we were open, but wahoo or marlin would be nice. After catching a few small tuna (which made for great bait) and a decent barracuda, we had a hard strike that... More

We enjoyed the waters of Rotaan. We didn't get many hits that day but we did land a few Blackfin Tuna. The captain did all he could to land more fish, but that day they werent biting. He and the deckhand went above and beyond. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

My 14 year old son is a keen if inexperienced fisherman. He desperately wanted one more shot at deep sea fishing, after unsuccessful trips on prior vacations - zero bites on 3 separate 4 hour trips - so we agreed to book one more trip on our vacation in Roatan. He did some internet research, and based upon the rave... More

My Dad and I had a great day of fishing the flats! They made travel from and back to the cruise terminal super simple. Early Bird's facilities are a tropical paradise. We were catching fish within 15 minutes of launching. What a great day scanning the water for Permit fins. We saw few other boats and had the place to... More

We were in Roatan for only a day on an NCL cruise. We were hoping to see some of the island from a local's perspective and not on a typical cruise ship tour with the masses. We were not disappointed with our decision to book a half day deep sea fishing/ sight seeing tour with Early Bird. From the very... More

We had only a half day to fish the flats and were put on a variety of species including a very nice bone fish and a big permit! Highly recommend and hope to try the blue water there some day too!
