Great island tour. Amazing views from Magic Mountain. Our guide even took us to see the turtle centre as an extra.

Ron was great, we really enjoyed the 4x4 tour and seeing the different spots on that side of Moorea. I felt the excursion was worth the cost. Hang on to your seats going up to Magic Mountain!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. The driver who picked us up and took us to our hotel was our tour guide. He was wonderful. He knew so much history about the island! The pictures and views were breathtaking. We have several of the photos hanging up in our home. It was a truly great way to see... More

We spent the morning with 3 other couples on the back of our yellow 4x4 truck during our tour. We visited many sites including Magic Mountain, the juice factory, the jam factory, the beach, some old ruins and Belvedere lookout. The drive up magic mountain was a bit scary as the road is very narrow and very steep. However, the... More

We had this trip included in our package deal and didn't really know what to expect. Our guide Ron was fantastic, really knows the island and all sorts of trivia and information on the sites and also the plants, fruits and nature of the place. Some great views from high up in the mountains, don't forget your camera. Really wouldn't... More

We used this service on our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. We went to Magic Mountain and several other locations and our guide was fantastic and informative. We only had one other couple with us and we both really enjoyed it. Funny enough we ended up becoming friends with the other couple and are keeping in touch.

We had this prebooked with our travel agent and are very glad we did! We had a friendly, knowledgeable guide who showed us around via 4x4 and we both saw and learned a lot on our half day tour. It was the perfect introduction to the island. Magic Mountain, Belvedere Lookout, pineapple plantation, marae, Lycee Agricole and Fruit Juice Factory... More

We had a great trip around the Island with Moorea Explorer, saw the Cook Straight from above and had delicious amazing pineapple juice at Lycee Agricole. Our guide Roi (who was Dutch, but married to a Tahitian) gave us a great cultural insight to the island, and was very informative and positive. Great experience, highly recommended it.

We booked direct from our hotel's activities center (Sofitel). The price was very reasonable (4500xpf per person). There was only one other couple on our tour...which was a plus. Our guide/drive, Spirou, spoke French and English which was a major help. We were taken to all the cool tourist spots...Magic Mountain, Belvedere, the Agriculture School/pineapple plantation, some old Polynesian ruins/temples.... More
