Loved exploring the nooks and cranies of the Old Town and the new beach area on the south part of the city.

lovely old town to wander around day and night although nights were rather crowded. Often had music playing in the square and in other areas. Loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. Having drink overlooking the sea in such a romantic setting was fabulous.

Apart from the market at the port side the shop in and around the town were very arty and different from the usual tourist tat. Beware the cobbles in the rain, very slippery and treacherous.

The town is a cluster of narrow streets with tell old quaint buildings. There are many shops selling souvenirs but not many others, suited me as i dont want to see M&S when I am on holiday abroad!! The cafes and bars are spotless, elegant, very cheap and the staff are helpful and welcoming. There is a lovely mix of nationalities... More

We had planned a quick passing stop here,on our way to Porec from Pula. However its a lovely little town and certainly worth a couple of hours looking around the harbour and walking round the severely cobbled old town, with its cathedral at the top of the hill. Lovely views around the harbour and sea. Unspoilt.

The old town is charming, many atelier and little restaurants dotted around, some with beautiful views of the sea. There is access into the sea for bathing, but it's very rocky around here, many people were wearing shoes/crocs/flipflops in the water. It's a bit hilly and large cobblestones, so watch your ankles! We are staying in a top floor apartment... More

The old town is full of couples (young/old) and it's really great destination for them. Lot of restaurants, not a huge town so you can walk and see everything in few hours or you can just rent a bike for 20kn per hour and make it easier (hint: it's not that hilly). People are nice and polite so you'll feel... More

ypical for the coast of Istra old town with red tiled roofs. The first time was 7 years ago and then seemed charming town of Rovinj. At this time the experience spoiled large crowds of tourists. Although the narrow streets have retained their charm and views of the surrounding area near the church Saint Euphemia still wonderful. Advise to visit... More
