I visit Brioni at the start of November. Really amazing island, not too expensive without main season, soo its good to visit this part of year. We take a train trip so first we visit island by train, then we rent a car for 20€/hour, and you can go whenever you want. And visit at Safari park is amazing too!!

Very varied interests are served here, historical, Roman ruins, dream villa's, safari, museums. Although it's been a few years since I went there I'm marking it down a notch because of one particular aspect, the dead animal museum. Our guide proudly told us that Tito had shot all these animals himself (including a baby giraffe!) At that point her audience... More

Visited here with a sail and train trip combined, 20 minute boat ride to the island which is a national park, greeted by English speaking guide, escorted to small train where we were shown the highlights of the island including what remains of the animal park Tito began there, there are not many animals left now, 1 lonely elephant, some... Every year I spend one day on this beautiful island. Where ever you look you will enjoy in spectacular wiew. I recomend you to take a bike and start your adventure. You can enjoy in peace and nature, ruins of ancient roman villas and churches, blue lagunas and free animals. There are real dinosaurus foot prints in the stone, milions... More

Most people go to the Park primarily to learn about Tito .Otherwise it is just another island. Although there is his car and photographs of celebrities and world leaders he entertained on his island, there is very little of quality or historical info. In fact his villa is on another island not open to the public. The safari park is... More

Tito wasnt a fool he knew how to enjoy life and he picked perfect place for living. Safari is mind blowing and one of the nicest experience i had so far with the animals. Nature and sea are perfect and also you can witness a part of history because of titos museum.

We went with 3 full pay tickets to Brijuni, but actually only needed 2. We brought the dog, so I was allowed to walk with the dog, but I couldn't enter the train ride (understandable), I wasn't allowed in Tito's museum, totally not understandable because while I was strolling in the surroundings I could have gone in, without anyone ever... After hearing about the islands we decided to visit late one day and we took the 15:30 sailing. The cost of this would be conceived as being terribly expensive if it didn't include the entrance and tour. We decided to avoid the tour after reading some other reviews and rented a golf cart. This really was the best decision we... More

I was in Istria with my family and we decided to spend a day in Brijuni and it was really amazing. I absolutely recommend it because you can find peace in stunning environment. For me, the best thing was finding a beach with ancient ruins and swimming in crystalline waters with no one bothering you.

We had listed this visit to the National Park Brijuni as a top of our list of things to do in Istria and we were disappointed. We took the ferry in Fazana at 11am to come back at 4pm form the Island. it's first difficult to find a parking in Fazana. it's better to park at 500m from the centrum... More
