We were on a group of 4 girls and decided to rent a boat with skipper. I think it was a smart choice although not 100% necessary but we could relax and enjoy more without having to worry with how to pilot and and how to read a map of an island... We loved parmegiana (?) beach. We stayed there... More

We visited Palmizana beach one of the Pakleni Islands as part of a one day tour which took us to see the blue cave (Bisevo), green cave (Vis), a few other bays and then to Palmizana - this cost 400 kuna pp. alternatively you can hire a small boat for around 400 kuna a day to explore the pakleni Islands... We went for a day to Palmizana, 60kn return ticket for half an hour boat ride. Nice location, lovely walk to beach bar Laganini, lots of young people and yachts. Beach is a little dirty, a litle more attention on keeping the area cleaner wouldn't hurt. We stayed for couple of hours swimming and relaxing on the beach. All in... More

One can find better beaches in the island of Hvarm as they tend to cost a lot more of getting across to Pakleni islands

We charted a private boat for an afternoon tour of the islands. We stopped at a number of bays to swim, snorkel and at the last - have a sunset cocktail. The water is gorgeous, the islands are sparsely populated and as a result, the visit can be so relaxing.

I loved the Kajak experience booked through Hvar Excursions in Hvar Town. Our guides were friendly and gave good instruction for 1st time kayakers. We stopped at a lovely little bay on one of the Pakleni islands where we could snorkel (equipment provided), swim and have lunch (included) at a small beach restaurant. A glass of wine and water was... More

We hired a boat to go around for the day and visit all the restaurants and cocktails bars. One of our favourite days, make sure it goes on your list to do. See Antonio hire for the best and cheapest boats on the island

The Pakleni Islands (vis, jerolim etc) are simply little drops of paradise across the water from Hvar Island. Unmissable to explore for a day of swimming/sunbathing, it is very easy to rent a boat or get a boat taxi for the day. Gorgeous!

We hired a boat for 400 kuna for the day and went island hopping it was fantastic , there are so many islands to go to and visit the bars and restaurants. All in all I would like to do it again.
