Wonderfully relaxing and pretty! A Must to see. Far away from the maddening crowd comes to mind. Sit and let the world go by and relax

The holiday brochures advertise this as a paradise close to Dubrovnik’s attractions. Yes, it’s pretty, but it’s very small, and it took us a long while to get there and back on the bus as there were so many road-works and traffic jams. Admittedly there is a ferry, but it’s still not really a convenient if you want to explore... More

We arrived by 'direct' boat from Dubrovnik (that stooped 4 places en route), being May there were fewer boats than in the height of summer so we had either 2 or 5 hours to spend here, we decided on 2 hours, so after a quick stop for coffee had a stroll on the water front then climbed up to the... Absolutely loved this little town, I was staying nearby but walked here every lunch time and evening. Great selection of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlour all with great views and reasonable prices. There are ATM's and a post office too near the bus stops which take you to Dubrovnik. Great place to walk in the little streets and a picturesque... More

This is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation set in a glorious bay in the Adriatic. Whilst Dubrovnik 10 miles to the north is frenetic Cavtat is the complete opposite. It has a lovely old centre,a great promenade and two harbours. There are lots of bars and restaurants to suit all pockets. The night life is low key.... More

Loved the views, the boats, the cocktails as the sun set. It's a peaceful and relaxing spot. They did have a very loud event on the front on Saturday morning which drove us out of the town. No idea what it was about, but it was all over by lunch!

Small town with excellent views and restaurants. There is also a small group of street vendors selling more unusual wares. Bought beautiful handcrafted tablecloths for only $20USD. Hill to and from the Logos apartments is VERY steep but for 10 kunas you can be dropped of at the door. Wonderful atmosphere.

A smaller version of Dubrovnik just 15km away, but also a beautiful walk down its few pedestrian streets, offering the usual souvenirs and also restaurants in a picturesque setting.
