Pebble beach, very uncomfortable to walk and lay on. Very pretty surroundings. I think this is slightly overrated although it is quite unusual and not like anything I've ever seen before. Stunning views from the viewing deck on top of the hill, next to the prominade. Worth a visit if you're in the Bol area although I probably would have... More

Zlatni Rat is something you cant miss when you visit Bol. Its the reason why people travel to Bol on daily boat trips. It is a beautiful beach with pebble stones, the water is turqoise and clear, theres activities for the kids and many places to buy food/beverages. However, this is a crowded beach during high season! There's plenty of... More

It's really nice beach, very clean, very well organised. BUT during summer so overcrowded. Many people and many guides say it's sandy beach- that's not truth. Beach has pebbles as almost everywhere in Croatia. Anyway, worth to see!

Zlatni Rat has something for everyone. Great beach, beach chairs, clear water, aqua park, trampolines, hip coffee bar, great food, and incredible views. I have been going here for 30 years and I never grow tired of it. So much to do for all ages!

The beach is beautiful to see and the water is very clear blue. During the day however it gets very crowded and it can get very windy. Furthermore, it is too rocky for my taste.

This long v-shaped beach has loads of places to relax and enjoy a cocktail or something to eat. The natural changes in the shape resulting from the tides are amazing - check the information boards. Good place to look back at Vidova Gora and Bol too.

One of the most famous beaches, but too many people for my taste. Brac is an amazing island with lot of hidden places and I prefer those, Zlatni rat is just too overcrowded and the bars and restaurants around it are quite expensive.

We loved this beach on Bol. We visited at the end of tourist season so we were not disappointed with a large crowd. The beach was, as expected, a pebble beach so we came equip with water shoes. The water is crystal clear and lovely. After spending a little time here we went into Bol and rented our own little... More

I did a day trip here from Split. After walking around, I wish I had booked a day or two of my trip here! You NEED water shoes. You can go out in the water walking on the smooth rocks, but it's a bit sore on your feet without watershoes. The pine trees around are pretty and the walk back... More
