Amazing sea!

The beach is stunning, busy but you can always find a spot in the sun or shade, lots of little places to get food or chill and have cocktails too. Great water sports are available... read more

Beautiful, clean beach with good facilities, smoothy bar, fruit seller, massage station, bar, children's area. All very friendly and welcoming.

Long, wide beach. Because it's long, wasn't too crowded even for peak season. The afternoon breeze was wonderful , especially as the temperatures were in the upper 90s (F) - upper 30s (C). Good facilities, reasonable food and drink options. Nice pine-tree area if you want total shade. Crystal clear water!

On an Island of so many beautiful private beaches Zlatni Rat Beach was quite a difference! It is a nice looking beach and as expected hugely popular. I suspect a great place for water sports enthusiast's, and possibly those looking for a lively atmosphere with a decent cocktail bar on the beach. If looking purely for a beach to relax... More

Nice beach, but crowded and expensive. Bring your own food and come early to get a nice place in the shade under the trees for free.

The beach is stunning, busy but you can always find a spot in the sun or shade, lots of little places to get food or chill and have cocktails too. Great water sports are available too. The sea is the most amazing sea I've seen. Crystal clear and perfect temperate. A must visit.

The approach to the beach from the docking harbour is through a long pathway through the woods with shops and restaurants on the side. The beach itself is crowded with tourists coming in from different islands. The beach is pebbled not sandy as it appears in photos. Its definitely a one time visit but there are definitely equally good or... More

As many have noticed, it is not a sandy beach but pebbles. Ultraclean waters like everyelse, and plenty of things to do like a water playground even for older kids. Perfectly safe as protected from the prevailing northerly winds, at the same time very good for wind and kitesurfing. Reg kitesurfing: it is banned meaning you cannot launch or land... More

A beautiful beach but far too touristy, boats come from hvar packed with people who then flood straight to the beach. Go for a look but I would suggest driving north for 2 or 3 kms if you can there are a couple of amazing beaches up there.

One side of the beach has lots of waves while the other is a calm sound. Lots of food and drink vendors. Daughter (11) loved the water play activity. Definitely an excellent way to spend the day!

Expect a touristic place where you can easily walk and where as much as possible is done for the tourists. You can rent a boat, let your child spring on trampolines, water castles...all to pay of course. There are also several bars and restaurants. We parked our car in bol for 10 kuna per hour and walked to the beach...lovely... More
