It is not one of the cheaper holidays and it is actually quite hard to get to but Jiuzhaigou has the most marvellous scenery around. The good news for westerners is you don't need to buy a packaged tour to Jiuzhaigou and probably should avoid it as you can much more efficiently use your time on your own.
