The BJCC facilities are nice. They have several buildings for different types of events. The concert hall where I saw Steely Dan is big enough for a great concert and small enough to see well. The acoustics are great and it seemed every seat was a good one.....

While the complex has been around for many years, it still serves multiple functions well. The concert hall is outstanding, especially for acoustic performances. The Arena itself hosts a number of concerts and other special events (rodeo, circus, monster trucks, etc.), as well as sporting events. They've done a lot to clean up this area, and with the addition of... More

This is the best venue i've been to yet. The seating was great as well as the acoustics, and it was a very nice place. The staff was good and the atmosphere was really chill. I hope to see another concert here!

We attended an energetic, exciting dance recital here in the Concert Hall. Seating was adequate for wheelchairs and a companion, and the staff monitored well who sat in the limited area. Acoustics, lighting, total access, all fantastic. The entire complex is enormous, but signage was helpful.

Poor parking. Poor management. Regularly schedule multiple events same night with same start and end time for nightmare traffic and parking issues. They want you to park at old SS building lot which is nasty. All this and they want to build a dome there too. Sound is horrible in the concert hall, they never use the theatre and the... More

We went here for the Bruno Mars concert this week, and I was a little disappointed. I expected pricey concessions, long lines, and a mix of personalities in the workers, but I didn't expect toilets that weren't flushing an hour before the concert even began. The climb to the seats was ridiculously steep, but I guess that's the norm anymore.... More

My friend and I attended the Joyce Meyer Conference in March 2014. Very friendly staff from the door greeters to the maintenance staff. The facility was clean and the staff was always walking around in case they were needed. The concession prices were very high, $3.50 for a bottle of water was crazy. The auditorium sound had a big echo... More

It's a small venue so a great place to see big acts if you are used to larger cities. That being said, everyone from the ticket takers, to the valet, to the HORRIBLE concessions people really take it down a long ways. The complex needs to review it's standards for employees and their concessions contracts.
