I took my son here to see monster jam. It was good to see the trucks and the side shows, but the place is really too small for a decent monster truck show. The exhaust from the vehicles was bad in the nosebleed seats. I know the monster trucks run on alcohol but the other vehicles don't. Really this should... More

Went to a concert at the concert hall. All went well till leaving the parking lot after the event. There were @ 200 cars in the my lot. Each car had to go through a single exit that had a card reader and a gate arm. Each car took about 45 seconds to get through the exit. Add 200 cars... More

Having meeting space at the Sheraton ballroom, Convention Center and then there was addition space before the skybridge to the Convention Center made it confusing where to go. Also, the security guard at the Convention Center told me not to walk by myself at night and to use only the skybridges. Scary....

Very convenient to our hotel. Clean bathrooms. Would like to see vendors with healthier food choices. A facility full of athletes probably would like to see a food vendor with wraps, salads, etc. Not sure how people got large rolling coolers of food in the building when I was told I couldn't bring in my almost empty bottle of diet... Went to a conference here, it's connect to the Sheraton. there's not a lot of food choices around. The banquet food at the convention center is awful - I attended 2 breakfast and 2 lunches here and all were bad. It was not what it was it was just prepare badly. The staff was very unorganized and need server training.... More

This is an older convention center and a bit spread out but once you get the hang of it, it really isnt that bad. It seems many people that complain are those going to concerts, of which I have not been, so maybe that is where the difference lies in reviews. I have been to several shows and conventions and... The good news is that this venue is not oversized like the large arenas. The downside is that it is a dated design, with much wasted interior space, and so-so acoustics. That said, my front row Tier AA set for a July 2014 Steely Dan show was perfect. The lobby and restroom area is poorly designed, with inadequate space for... More

Every BJCC facility was very clean and well kept. Despite multiple entrance ways and building separations, the clear signage and helpful staff made the complex easily navigable. The main concert hall was very impressive and had fantastic acoustics.

The BJCC facilities are nice. They have several buildings for different types of events. The concert hall where I saw Steely Dan is big enough for a great concert and small enough to see well. The acoustics are great and it seemed every seat was a good one.....
