I missed this the first go-round. A beautiful replica along side the Great Alabama Boy Scout Council Hq. Take time to visit both.

I came across this on trip advisor then I immediately let my local friend know and she was surprised about it! She didn't know this nice place before! Then we drove there the other day right away! It was pretty cool! We loved it! The view was nice and beautiful! :)

I didn't even know we had a replica of the Statue of Liberty in Alabama! This place was pretty neat. I had a pen pal come and visit me and she is the one that found it online. So, we went to as something for her to visit while she was here. Another neat thing is that it is right... More

Worth a visit if you're in the area, not sure I would drive too far to se it though. I believe it is the largest lady liberty replica...but it seems a little out of proportion since the base is so large.

This Statute is on the grounds of BSA Birmingham office. A nice photo op with the kids. Although the Statute is one-fifth the size of the original, it is very impressive. It's free and easy to get to from I-459. It's also visible from interstate.

Worth the stop during the day. Very impressive at night with the torch flame , and yes they do light the torch with a large impressive flame . I think they turn it off on windy nights. You have to take the 459 bypass to see it. 5 stars from the interstate.

Just outside the BSA Birmingham office. Wall features all scouts who have attained Eagle Scout ranking throughout Alabama. Something free to do for the day.

This Statue of Liberty replica is a nice, quick stop during a vacation to the Birmingham area. Only a fifth the size of the original, it's the centerpiece of a small park located beside a Boy Scout Center. A visit won't take long, but it's a nice sight to see to stir your patriotic juices. Easily accessible, being located just... More

Not knowing exactly where this miniature Statue of Liberty was located in the Birmingham, AL area, I entered the address of 516 Liberty Parkway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35242 into my GPS in order to find it easily (this is the Boy Scouts of America’s office in the local area). Found the statue without issue using this address. The parking is... More
