Downtown Birmingham stroll

This park has lots of activities and can be a great way to burn little energy with a child or pet. Skateboard/bike park, walking track, nice facility, etc.

The park has been made very well. Nice walking trails, small lake with fishes and well maintained laws. Good place for a small walk.

Birmingham did a great job when they renovated this place. It is a wonderful place to take the family and pets to spend the afternoon. It is generally crowded on the weekends and patrolled by police so you feel safe.

Squeezed in between S. 14th St and S. 18th St, this little park has walking trails and a couple of ponds. There are some small trees but not really any shade. A pleasant place to stroll in the middle of downtown, next to the baseball stadium.

I'm just being honest, I live in Birmingham and I would like to see all people kept safe. Check out Veterans Park, it's next to Jeff State Community College. There are soooo many other safer choices.

This park is the crown jewel of the downtown Birmingham area as far as parks go. There is something new to discover on every corner and over any hill throughout the park. This is a very nice place to spend the afternoon with the kids, dogs or by yourself. The Birmingham foot police are out in force so I always... More

The park is usually very clean. It is right across the street from Regions Park, so It is either loud, or quiet. But either way, it is still very enjoyable.

Great place to go running, have a picnic, ride a bike, fly a kite, or just sit by the man made lakes and watch the fish. The kids love it and we do too.

Park was clean and looked to be well-maintained. I didn't experience any unwanted issues nor feel unsafe, though I was there in the middle of the afternoon. Enjoyed the views of the city from here!
