Huge area with great landscape for relaxing and watching people

It is great to watch the dozens of groups (mostly elderly people) performing physical training, dancing, QiGong, playing badminton, etc...

A very beautiful park. Plenty of pretty flowers. I am not a person who loves to walk/stroll in parks. But the weather was so cool (21 degrees C) that it was just perfect for walking. We saw many people dancing as a form of exercise at the park. Words cannot describe the beauty of the place. You need to visit... More

Make sure you get away from the bustle of the city and visit this stunning park. Although it is close to the city centre you feel like you are in the middle of the countryside, it is peaceful with beautiful scenery. You stroll along wide paths by lakes, under trees while taking in the stunning karst hills - we visited... More

This area of bush and lakes is surrounded by low hills and gives the feeling of being in the countryside while being in the city. It is a large area and has good walkways and scenic views. We walked there from central Liuzhou and this is a great way to see thing as you walk along. This place is definately... More

The title pretty much says it all. Dalongtan is a great spot to wander off on a relaxing stroll, or just find a spot in the sunny, and relax with a good book, or good company, and watch life go by. Very quiet, and sees few visitors, this being even more so in the off season. Pretty scenery up in... More

This park is equal to or even better than anything I saw in Guilin, and admission is FREE. It has so many hills with incredible views if you want to enjoy a hike or find a quiet spot to relax, and the air is unbelievably fresh. Another reviewer called it "Liuzhou's lung" and I'd have to agree! In the spring,... More

My home in Liuzhou is near Dalongtan Park. You can feel the air there is much fresher than that in downtown. Absolutely a natural oxygen bar. It's a typical evergreen southern park in China. There are some beautiful lakes in the park. You will have a nice time to take a boat on the lake, take a snap and feel the... More

1084 hectares and 24 individual peaks. Beautiful acacia lined boulevards that showcase the area's subtropical vegetation, combined with some impressive karst peaks. I enjoyed climbing Mirror Hill and Sleeping Tiger Hill but found some of the man made attractions to be rather tawdry. Take bus 19 to get to the main entrance.
