Beautiful place to visit, lots of old architecture, interesting buildings and churches.. loved the walkway on to the 'Island'.. lots of tacky tourist shops but that's to be expected.. I loved all the different alleyways to explore and there was so many of them they just kept coming and coming. We had a nice refreshing walk around the outer edges... More

The town is quite charming, but no feeling of ancient times (claimed that the town is 3000 years old) the only antique item is the entrance gate, survived many reconstructions. But still place provides unique experience with particularities of local architecture on the narrow streets. We've been in a high season time, so was very crowdy, and you could feel... More

I was staying Burgas and visited Nesebar for an afternoon. The tiny little old town is packed of historical churches, some in better condition than others, and its tiny cobbled lanes create an atmosphere of wonder. The tourists pack in to Nesebar and you will struggle to find a street to yourself but much more atmospheric than Burgas and Sozopol.

The old town is really charming, it has narrow streets and nice authentic shops, the view from the coast was quite impressing. The prices though at the fish restaurants are very high!

We adore this restourant for its delicious seafood and marvelous view from terrase. The food and vine were great. The only thing - we do not like the natinal cuisine "sach" in this place.

I think Nessebar is a charming town with beautiful views, however, I mostly enjoyed it in the early morning, when the shops were closed and the town was empty. What bothered me were too many shops selling fake clothing and tourist-trap restaurants. But it is definitely worth a visit, all the lovely old churches and picturesque streets are beautiful
