Nice, great, lovely, very posh, very beautiful. Very good looking people, expensive shops and restaurants, gorgeous houses and enormous mansions. Breath taking, worth visiting and having something to eat and drink. Lots of very good restaurants.

While the price tags remain absurd, there are many closed and/or abandoned shops on the main shopping streets, R. Oscar Freire and Al. Lorena, which is new... Still, this district is worth a visit for it's many beatyful skyscrapers and very old trees.

It's a chic region, with many restaurants to visit, shops to look at (or, ideally buy stuff at) and sunny streets to walk. Throw a stone and you'll hit a restaurant/bar/bistrot, most of them great.

This is were mist decadent people are. Some restaurants and/or bars are nice - full of decadents or new arrivals. But lots of "gringo" activity around.
