If you like shopping and/or just like walking with the local crowds on the main thoroughfare in Sao Paulo, this can be a pleasant way to spend a few hours. It's totally safe wide open with lot's of people everywhere. More

If you go there once you will miss the contrasted reality, even the same day live in this avenue change fast by the hour, so the early morning is a scene different that the mid morning, lunch time and so on... saturdays? another world, sundays even more changes More

Avenida Paulista has nothing to offer really. It is a boring street and there is not much to do in that street. Only few lousy shops and couple of restaurants. More

No place of the world can be compared and they are so special like Avenida Paulista. And it is special because perhaps there is nothing much special, but the combination makes the avenue unique. Unfortunately, people fail to see its hidden secrets (even brazilians). At first glance, crowded, as all city. There is the SP art museum, a paris inspired... More

seemed like a big avenue from any large city - was apparently staying on one of the nicest blocks, but certainly didn't feel like this was much of an attraction (although was traveling for work, so did not have much time at all to explore - maybe i missed something?) More

Try visiting the park in front of the Trianon MASP. Very beautiful and safe, many trees between buildings. More

There are streets all over the world, what makes one special i dont really know. Yes, there are some cool building that worth cheking out for about 2 seconds (unless you are an architect). In my opinion this is overrated and not worth going unless you are spending a decent amount of time in Sao Paulo. More

You should visit; it is a picture of São Paulo, always crowded, full of people, buses, cars, beggars. In general it is a beautiful place to walk around, you can go to MASP, take a coffe, or a beer, shopping… its always alive. But take care of your personal belongings, or you can be stolen. More

This is the main street in Sao Paulo, 4 lanes in each direction, all of which seem to be full of cars all the time. And there are the kamikasze motorcyclists who have created a special lane by forcing the car drivers to drive on the edge of thier lanes, allowing the motorcyclists to drive a crazy speeds between the...
