Situated in a bustling, if worn-down corner of downtown São Paulo, the 46-story office tower is capped by the Terraço Itália restaurant and bar. Adequate, expensive food and almost-campy white-glove service aside, you'll never see a sunset as memorable. Free access to observation deck Monday-Friday 3-4 p.m. « less

Edificio Italia is located in the city centre so gives a different perspective than the Skye Bar. The views are incredible. I went on Tuesday between 3-4pm and did not have to pay to get in. There weather was not great that day, so there weren't many tourists. Despite the weather, I could still enjoy the views. I went to... More

You can see Sao Paulo City going to Edificio Italia. During the night it is very beautiful, with wonderful restaurant, not cheap, good experience!

Like the other option, it's nothing great. Views of Sao Paulo are pretty dull as it's not a very scenic city. There's not much to the insides of the building apart from getting to the top to take the pictures.

Went there today to see the view from the top. We had lunch there. R$236.00 for two people!!!! The food was average at best. The fruit juice wasn't chilled and was served with ice cubes!!! (ugh) It was a self-service meal. The plates clearly had plenty of white marks on them from being left to dry. After the meal, we... More

This was actually my 2nd choice of viewing towers, because my 1st choice is closed on the weekends. During the week you can just visit the viewing area, but on the weekends you'll have to have a drink or something to eat. It's a 2 elevator ride up to the top. The first car is unaccompanied, and the 2nd car... More

Not to be missed. Franz Heep's edifice is still a masterpiece. The view from the restaurant gives one the best overviews of how damn expansive this city and how people live in it !!

Very good restaurant, live music, dancing floor and the most stunning view of the city! I fully recommend to have dinner there and enjoy the view
