Running trails, bike paths, and yoga and capoeira sessions let locals and visitors alike keep fit, while a clutch of museums and galleries — such as the museums of Modern and Contemporary Art, all designed by master Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer — gives the brain a good workout. The impressive Museu Afro Brasil and fiery Auditório Ibirapuera are two of the park's treasures. « less

Beautiful huge park where you can walk, bike, relax and exercise. My first visit was very short, so I will go again this coming weekend. My friends and co-workers from Sao Paolo advised not to wear jewelry and not to carry cash, but surprisingly I did not feel unsafe there. However, the locals know better. The park is located in... This is a gigantic park in São Paulo with museums, bike paths, jogging trails, and designated areas for skating. I really enjoyed my afternoon runs through the park with my wife and I took a separate trip to the park to visit the Afro-Brasilia Musuem. If you are spending any amount of time in São Paulo this park is a... More

I really enjoyed visiting the park. I've done it in a saturday morning and I think it was one of the reasons I liked it so much. It was full (when I mean full I really mean that the mais paths seemed a little bit like a shopping center in a sunday afternoon) of people running, cycling, skating, exercising somehow...... More

This is a beautiful Park, with na enourmous sort of tropical and sub tropical vegetation. Places to walk and run. And several active museums and music hall and shows. Really THE place to visit in São Paulo city.

In the skyscraper jungle a bit of nature. Lovely park where everyone can find a piece for them. People jogging, cycling, having picnic or just relaxing. Vendors selling coconut water and ice-cream everywhere. On Sundays a bit crowdy as everyone wants to enjoy it. Beautiful atmosphere, local musicians and artists, open air concerts and just ideal place for chilling! Must... More

The main park in SP is a pleasant place to walk by in the week-end. However it is quite crowded as there are not so many comparable places for a city this size which makes it a bit tiring.

In the middle of this non-stop-hectic city, Ibirapuera park is a great place to relax. Spacious, clean, uncrowded, amazung trees, beautiful black neck swans and you can even learn about the development of slavery and its abolition in America. You can walk, ride a bike, picnic and whatever. The problems are getting their with all the intra-city highways which are... More

Beautiful outdoor space in crowded Sao Paolo, but the best part was the outdoor music quartet and other musicians spotted through the park.
