Like many public places in SP, the CCSP is very poorly maintained. It's a great place, great space and the idea behind it is excellent, but there's very poor maintenance happening here, and the exhibitions, despite being great, are very poorly organized. Still worth a visit.

I'm an habitueé of this place for a lng time. Great movies, plays and art for good price and a nice environment to dwell at, read, have a coffee with a friend and relax.

However, I went there many times to watch shows, theater, to study in the library or in the open area (outside the library), to meet people, to stay some time there talking to friends. Very good quality of everything there. I spent many hours in this place in... More

Very worthwhile and a good value for the price. I learned a lot. The exhibits were only in Portuguese but easy to figure out nonetheless.

A rare place where you can find some expos, the second biggest library in the city, a comics library, concerts, shows, places to read and study, and a Braille library. The building remembers the Pompidou Center in France - completely transparent! and with a terrace over one of the most important avenues of the city. It´s by a subway station... More

This is a good cultural center in Sao Paulo, with 2 libraries, 2 theater stages and 1 place for small music concerts. It has a lot of open areas and its architecture is not convencional!

The former bank building is a testimony to the ever appealing Deco period. To see the Impressionist collection from the D'Orsay museum complimented the visit. Time in a long queue was easily passed with the assistance of an engaging local who spoke English. Shame about the lighting which was amateur at best, leaving many of the visitors including myself, wondering... More

It's got our comics book library - Gibiteca Henfil - inside as spaces for street performances, rooms for theaters plays, art exhibitions and ando a large library. Nice place to stay and spend an afternoon;
