You can enjoy a big variety of sea animals and also appreciate the surroundings. On Sundays there is always extra free concerts in the garden in front of the Aquarium.

A nice 1-2 hour visit over a simple but very inexpensive (US$2,0 per adult) aquarium. Features a sea lion, sharks and penguins plus a good variety of fish from Brazil and rest of the world. Not too much interaction and rather small compared to other aquariums in the world. If you have been to very large aquariums (Atlanta, Miami, Dubai,... More

Unfortunately this one does not compare to aquariums I have seen in California. The highlights are the Piranha and Pirarucu fish from the Amazon River.

It was a little disappointing. The place needs to be renewed. The variety of fishes was good. But the place is small and old.

The aquarium is in general a nice place to visit with children, many different species can be seen, but overall simple and old style. There exists much better aquariums in the world. Expected more in a city like Santos.

Santos Aquarium may not be the largest aquarium, but is a wonderful attraction to go with small children. They won´t get bored or complain in walking, there ain´t no floors or stairs. You would get a good glimpse of the brazilian fish varieties and dazzle your eyes. Although always crowded is a nice place to go with children while in... More

They were cleaning the tanks (one a vacation period) terrible timing!! It was small, and with few species. The facilities such as bathroom were good and the organization and prices I would say quite surprising.
