This place is beautiful. It has lakes that has schools of fish. Also has a view of the city that you can see from the top. It's within the same area as the zoo so if you're visiting the Japanese garden you can also visit the zoo.

The view is beautiful, the garden is interesting. But it is small and very unkempt. Need to pass the zoo which is also not cool.
