The zoo is quite small. But is has some exclusive south America birds and animals. Kids will enjoy a lot.

This is a small part of forest that still remains in the middle of the town. Reserve a couple of hours to visit this piece of heaven. Very calm, clean and peaceful since 1888. Good for a walking and jogging. Place for a fast food and beverages. There is a mini zoo and try to find a rare white peacock... More

We did not plan to go to this parque (or better forrest) but after visiting few cathedrals in the city we decided to chill out somewhere in the shadow - that day was almost 40 degree. It was very nice surprise, it is literally a green oasis in the middle of Campinas. There are lots of little restaurants, Aquarium (we... More

A green oasis in the middle of the city. Nice zoo, a natural history museum, good jogging track. Very relaxing and calming.

Some people go there to do some jogging, some just to relax and enjoy a walk among old trees. This is my case. If you have some more time you can check the very modest Museum of Natural History.

This is a great park in the middle of Campinas, wich makes a great get away to be in touch of nature. It also have a mini zoo, worth for taking small kids to see the hippo. On sundays gets crowdy, since many parents takes their kids there.

A small zoo within a rain forest reserve inside a large city is certainly a good and unique idea. However, despite the pleasant scenery, this park is not well managed nor maintained. Many park areas do are not clean and some animals don't look healthy. There are better parks in Campinas.

This was our 2nd visit in 10 years and we found the full of people but with a lot of animals "missing" from their cages. Lack of maintenance but safe. The kids had fun!!!

A nice place for a walk, with a litle zoo, museum of natural history and theather room. It's been suffered with low care and public investment lately.
