It was close to our hotel so we walked there for a little visit. It is free. There were many families with children. The small zoo is average, but you can take a relaxed walk and watch the animals. This is always interesting. It is an old fashion zoo like we had in the 50's and 60's. There are washrooms,... More

This is an amazing place to spend some calm time, enjoy the nature, chill from the heat, fill your lungs with great air, even see some beautiful animals (parrots, wild cats, hippo, monkeys, etc.). When I walked there I felt together with the nature, very calm and thoughtful. Inspired me a lot. Here you'd think about the roots of the... More

It is an amazing and calm green area located near downtown. It has several especies of native plants, including very big trees, and a little zoo. Some small friendly animals are kept loose. Good place to rest and breathe fresh air, although its support infrastructure is not so good.

The zoo is quite small. But is has some exclusive south America birds and animals. Kids will enjoy a lot.

This is a small part of forest that still remains in the middle of the town. Reserve a couple of hours to visit this piece of heaven. Very calm, clean and peaceful since 1888. Good for a walking and jogging. Place for a fast food and beverages. There is a mini zoo and try to find a rare white peacock... More

We did not plan to go to this parque (or better forrest) but after visiting few cathedrals in the city we decided to chill out somewhere in the shadow - that day was almost 40 degree. It was very nice surprise, it is literally a green oasis in the middle of Campinas. There are lots of little restaurants, Aquarium (we... More
