Did a jog around on Sunday. Quite crowded and much of the path is a few feet from a very noisy road. So on a weekend it's not great for a good run. On the other hand, it is lined with people, runners, walkers, dogs, bike rentals, drink stands and restaurants all of which make it lively and fun, More

A wonderful way to pass the day, cycling or sailing or strolling, there are restaurants and coconut kiosks, great vantage points, many trees and birds. I love it. More

There are bycicles that you can now rent using your mobile phone in several stations throughout the south zone of Rio. A few of those byke stations can be found around Rodrigo de Freitas Lake.
