The best in Rio, we skipped the tour groups and took a taxi here after 11am and there was no lines or crowds, the views from the cable cars and both summits are fantastic. There are nice walking paths on top with Capuchin Monkeys in the trees, bamboo, tropical flowers etc. Gives you great views of all of Rio and... More

To get a postcard from a beautiful place is nice. But to experience a postcard of a beautiful place is something special. This happened to me right there. When I remember Rio, I remember this place first. This is a must in Rio. Go there, take your time and enjoy breathtaking views. Try to catch clear weather and take fantastic... More

if you can, wait around and catch the sunset. Beautiful view as the lights flicker on in the city. Watching the Christos light up was very special.

The ride to the top is a bit scary, but totally worth it! You easily forget about the heights when you start to enjoy the view over beaches an city. Take your time and eat something at the top.

The views of the city from the tip of those 2 mountains was breath taking experience. We didn't spend much time in line to get passes on the lifts. Overall it took about 1 hour for everything.

This was the highlight of my time in Rio. The cable car rides were enjoyable, but the real pleasure is just passing time at the two different peaks- enjoying the view and having a beverage of choice. I would go back again and take a picnic lunch (or plan on paying an eating there)- just a wonderful environment.
