Jungle me is an exceptional company right from booking to the actual hike. The communication from the company is excellent and you are keep fully informed of the procedures prior to the actual hike. We went on two hikes - the wild beaches and the Tijuca 'Big Circuit'. For both hikes we were picked up on time and we were... More

We did the Wild Beaches hike and it was fantastic. We got to see a stunning coastal community (seriously amazing views reminiscent of the Amalfi coast) outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We hiked to a remote beach and had a nice swim. One small downside was that there was some debris and litter on the beach and... More

We couldn't have asked for a better hike in Rio. Travelling with two small children, Jungle Me provided us with a private tour (on a Wednesday morning) of the Rio jungle and even gave us a discount for our 1 year-old. We hiked about a 2 mile round trip hike up to Pedra Bonita, which was a great short hike... More

The trek was professionally run, challenging ( without being too difficult) and lots of fun. Our guide Eddie was fluent in a number of languages and a wealth of knowledge about the history of Brazil, environment and culture. He went out if his way to help our every need, even detouring on the drive home so a member of our... More

Tito (the guide and owner) picked me up from where I was staying, picked up the rest of the visitors and off we went. Very... More

I would highly recommend Jungle Me to anyone interested in a fun, physical experience, traversing the natural wonders of Rio de Janeiro! We were picked up, on schedule, at our residence and driven to the beginning of our trip. Our guide Eduardo not only gave us a very interesting and informative history lesson of Brazil, but also took us on... More

We took the express hike in Tijuca forrest. It was amazing. They picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back off. Eduardo was a great guide. He gave a short history lesson on Brazil at the start then we took the 40 minute hike through the forrest to the top and had some amazing views. On the way... More

We - two spoiled, fastidious urban women- have booked the Tijuca Peaks and Waterfalls tour at Jungle Me before arriving to Rio based upon the great recommendations of the internet world to have a look to the nature of Rio. It turned out to be a great idea. The tour and our guide Eduardo were both fantastic. We received a... More
