Very good for children

A place to take the childs on sunday morning to play on the park, or take look at the lake with fishes and ducks. A lot of fun, with street theater.

It is the largest urban green area of Niterói. Large old trees, ponds, parks for kids. On weekends there is an arts and crafts fair.

Granted, the title of this review is a bit overreaching, but that been said, Campo de Sao Bento is a very charming green space in the heart of Icarai, one of the most pleasant quarters of Niteroi. The place seems to have changed very little in the last 50 years and the trees are a testimony to this. You will... More

The Campo de São Bento is located between the neighborhoods Icarai and Jardim Icarai. It is a large green area with a small pond, a bird aviary, public art gallery, public school, amusement park, handicraft market on weekends, children's toys. It is easy to reach by bus and car parking is available on nearby streets. There are also restaurants and... More

It is such a place you may go and let children run around, ride a bike and even go to one of the small corroussels over there. It's really a "family atrraction" where you can also do some shopping on Saturdays and Sundays when you'll find local street artists as well! Anyway, Local Authorities shall give more attention to the... More
