It is a unique experience to visit the place, see all those sea horses together and know about the project in studying and preserving the animals.

The place is very tiny with a few tanks with seahorses and some with other animals like fish and crabs. It was highly recommended to me which is why I was disapponted. Its just ok... If you have time and are close to it, maybe stop by, but do not make it a priority.

Great stop to understand the fauna of the area. Recommend for kids as a break from the beach circuit in Porto de Galinhas. The exposition is short and focused on the hippocampus found in the area. Volunteers are there to teach about these interesting animals.

The house on Esperança streat with the exposing is more interesting and cheap than the "jangada" tour on Maracaipe point. it is very illustrative and helpfull, there is a lot of info about the seahorses (lovely air conditioned), and beautiful little partners, it was amazing to know about their behavior. I don't know if it is possible a bilingual tour... More

Very cheap to get in to and very interesting. Well worth the visit. It's close enough to town to walk and entry is cheap.

You can see sea horse in different colors, orange, yellow, black etc.. you can see nemo and his friend. They want to preserve this crazy animal, show you his fragility. The price is very tchip and you make a good experience.

Although the project is a great iniciative, I thought visiting would be quite boring. For my great surprise it turned out to be very relaxing and interesting experience. The place was beautiful and my 1 year old daughter was amazed with the seahorses.

Small sea aquarium, with some fish species and, mostly, seahorses. Nothing much. It costs R$ 4,00 to get in and it's basically an average room, with 3 rows of tanks. You can do this in less than 20 minutes, really.

Great so see a project where they are working on survival of the seahorse. Outside of the village in the river delta are a couple of places where they still live in the wild. The displays are a 30 some old aquariums (at least that’s how they look) with many of them containing seahorses. Not a lot of English around... More
