Muito bom! Looks like a Tropical Island

When I first went there seeing overhanging palm trees I thought I was at a tropical island. The beach is nice, water clear and warm, really good place to relax and take a holiday.

Was having high expectations but found nothing special about the beach. Accommodation is a bit expensive. Ig you like nature, you can het a better value for your money in other destinations in Brazil and more interesting beaches. Did not like the way tourism is arranged in Porto de Galinhas. If you are a tourist who doesnt know the area... More

Porto de Galinhas is a former fishing village that has become the center of tourism in a region that has some of the most beautiful beaches in northeastern Brazil. Due to the large number of tourists that frequent this region, Porto de Galinhas has many hotels, inns, restaurants and shops selling souvenirs for tourists. There is also a large number... More

Add it to the "must do" list; beautiful water, friendly people, amazing places! "Armaçao Hotel" is the place to book.

It's a nice beach, I went in low season, so there weren't too many people, though on the weekends a lot of people from recife come to spend the weekend. The differences in the tides are great, but the lifeguards don`t let you get too far.

it worth taking a ride on a "Jangada", typical northeast boat, to cross a very short way and get a "coral recife place", in front of the beach, to watch and feed small colored fish, it is amazing!

Beautiful sands and warm water. Since it was August and the surf was rough, the snorkeling was a bit cloudy, but there are plenty other activities to enjoy; lounge under an umbrella and wait for someone to bring you a fresh coconut with a stray...ahhh!

It was my first time in Porto and I am sooo in love with this place. Was there only for a day. We took a buggy ride tour to beaches nearby and they were all just as pretty.

We arrived at 9am and headed straight out on a small boat. We walked on the exposed rock to see the fish trapped in the pools, then had a swim with the fish. Back at the beach we enjoyed the amazing views and beach snacks.
