Visited mangal das garças with my husband. The park is not very big, but we could spend half a day there admiring the incredible beauty of this place! The place is very organized and has no entrance fee. You only have to pay if you want to climb up the observatory tower or visit the orchid place, Tickets are inexpensive... More

Superb location, riverside in an eleveated wood building. The first floor host a worthy local navigation museum. The second is the refrigeretaed main room accomodating 200 people, balcony and walkways to better enjoy the view. Buffet style, offering the best on traditional paraense food and some authoral preparations mixing local ingredients. Corwded by locals during weekends, closes Monday.

There are lizards and butterflies and birds and peaceful walkways - a welcome retreat form the hustle and bustle of downtown Belem.

Pleasant spot, but the animal related exhibits are pretty so so. The view from the lighthouse is great and the Amazonian navigation museum is small, but interesting and well done.

Great place for lunch in a central location. The place is inside a beautiful park and only 5 mins from downtown belem. Also only 25 mins to the airport, so it is also perfect when you need to spend some time before your departure flight. Great buffet, great service and cool environment. Place is priced a bit high for Belem,... More

Beautifull place to visit but very bad administrated. Observation tower out of use, just a few birds to see, grass uncut... restaurant in a fantastic location by the guamá river. Architecture worth a visit

Nice walk among trees, birds, bridges and ponds. Do not miss the butterflies! Take a walk to the deck, to see the river.

We spend 3 hours walking around in this parc looking at all the animals and plants taking dozens of pictures. The setting is really nice, view from the top of the tower is great. We lunched in the restaurant inside the parc (buffet), which was the most expensive buffet lunch we've done in Brazil) but the food was superb!
