The Gruta do Lago Azul is beautiful. There were a lot of steps to get down to the Gruta and a lot of people. While going down the track we saw about 2 or 3 groups going up. Nonetheless, the tour was nice, our guide was friendly and enthusiastic. We went in winter but apparently the best time to go... More

This sight was a bit disappointing. While the lack is pretty and really clean, it wasn't really worth the climb down the cliff for it, but it did give me a good workout. My quads were killing me the next day.

The cave itself was better of two we saw and is fabulous experience but is not very well managed or the path is also slightly tough for older people. Also the trip could be some minutes longer as it is a bit of rush in the cave that is the most gorgeous part. But you gotta see this if in... More

We visited as part of a package tour of Bonito and the Pantanal and so cannot comment on the price of the individual activity. However, the cave with its stalactites and gorgeous clear blue water was amazing. The number of visitors slightly ruins the deep-beneath-the-surface experience, though we still managed to get some amazing pictures. The visit is pretty short... More

We visited the cave early in the morning to get the best light. The man who signed us in spoke decent English and all signs were bilingual. However our guide only spoke Portuguese which made things difficult. The walk to the cave is less than 5min but takes a long time aa the guide shows you different plants along the... More

This his the better of the two Grutas that you can do in the half day tour and it's definitely a worthwhile experience. The colour of the water as you descend makes it truly worthy of its name. The guide is professional, does not speak anything other than Portuguese, and gives you plenty of time for photos and suggests good... More

Worth seeing if you have not seen that many caves, but in the end it's just a cave with a pool of water in the bottom!

Blue Lake Grotto is a gorgeous place. Attention for downhill access due to some slippery rocks. Do not recommend the visit for infants or children under 12 years old. Some parts on the way down are equipped with rails what is safer. Be patience on the path to access the cave as it may around 30km through beautiful farms. All... More

You have to pay a lot but you don't see a lot. It takes soooo long to go downstairs, because the guides are going so slow. You have to wait for people who comes up again. The water is nice, but, it's not spectaculair. Very disappointing!

The cave and its huge blue lake are really gorgeus. But tourists are not allowed inside the cave and must see it from a built plataform. This makes the visit somewhat dull to anyone who has been inside a cave.
