From start to finish what a blast. If you are going to be in the area you must do it. Day before training in town. Easy enough. TIP: 1-the earlier in the evening you train the earlier your time of day adventure will be. Just go early. 2- Make sure your harness sits right and you can “sit” erect. If... More

This tour isn't for those who aren't in good physical condition. While that might sound harsh there's simply no way around the fact that you will rappel 72 metres (236 feet) down into the cave, and then be forced to climb back out on your own. The climb up is tough and you'll definitely break into a sweat, but if... More

It's a long way down and up into the cave which has amazing stalactites. Training a day beforehand is essential to know how to do the descent and ascent into the cave. We snorkelled amongst the stalagmites with a guide and a torch. Amazing once in a lifetime experience.

We did the excursion to Abismo de Amhumas with diving on the lake. The team that orgasizes it is super proffesional, and they made us feel super secure. The descent is easy and the view was stunning. The dive on the cavern lake was very interesting with huge underwater formation. The way up was a little tought ( 70 metters... More

Rappelling, snorkeling, and a strenuous climb out. This excursion will test your abilities. You will rappel 230 feet down, snorkel in the underground lake, then climb out. The climb out is especially strenuous and challenging. Roughly equivalent to 400 squats in a row. You have to do a "training" the evening before to be sure you can do it, as... More

I loved the place, absolutely amazing view. The tricky part isn't the rappel going down, the main problem is going back up, if you're not well prepared physically it will be really hard. The snorkeling down there was breath taking but the water was really cold. It was the most expensive of my day trips, I only wish their rappel... More

Costing more than €200 per person (!!!), we went on this activity anyway because of the good reviews on trip advisor. On the positive side, it is a unique setting and the altitude will definitely give you a thrill. The snorkling is also amazing here. On the downside was the endless waiting: for your turn to go down, for the... More

This was a very unique experience as you start going down 72m into the cave and then have the chance to do a interesting dive on a 80m deep water. To finish up there is a nice boat trip 72 meters under the ground! The way up is quite a challenge, but worth it for sure!!!

Highlight of my trip to bonito. when you hear that the day before they need to "test" if you can actually make the trip or not don't be scared! if you repelled before its an easy task if you haven't then be ready to work every muscle in your body out. repelling for 90 Mtrs will definitely wear you out... One of the most unbelievable places on earth. Amazing place, amazing experience, amazing staff. I'm definitely coming back here if I come back to Bonito MS. Best experience ever. You need to be at least fit to do the rapel backwards but it's worth it.
