the waterfalls are nice... but the entire tour is done rushing, since another group will be coming along right after you! so you can't really enjoy the environment.... Also I've been to waterfalls in Rio, Minas Gerais, Chapada Veadeiros, Bahia, etc... these ones look like amateurs when compared to other alternatives in Brazil.

Great value for money. My husband and 21 year old daughter went with me to mimosa falls. They were very pretty and unlike other waterfalls we were able to swim in all of them. It was a very hot day but 99 percent of the tour is under the shade of trees. The host spoke english so he was able... More

Estancia Mimosa is definitely worth a journey, we felt very welcome and spent an afternoon exploring the forests and the waterfalls. Food was very good!

Bonito was in the middle of a heatwave during our visit, so we were looking for a trip that could provide us with a refreshing swim but also see some of Bonito's beautiful nature. Extancia Mimosa turned out to be the perfect choice. The staff that welcomed us was very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately the woman that was our guide... More

The walk around the waterfalls (so many waterfalls!!!), with swimming, is the best part of the estancia Mimosa, but the food is delicious, too. The staff is friendly and talkative. You will have an opportunity to jump off of a platform into a waterfall, and also visit the "wishing cave" waterfall. I chose Estância Mimosa because with food included, the... More

We really enjoyed our visit to Estancia Mimosa. Part of the same organisation as Rio da Prata, while Mimosa doesn't have a wow factor natural wonder to show off like its sister ranch, everything it does offer is to a very high standard, the setting was highly relaxed and service wonderful. The English speaking guide Alone greeted us on our... More

What an amazing place! It was my 1st time there and I went with my gf and a couple frind of ours. We first ate at the farm headquarters then we had a fantastic tour wich included waterfalls, boat tour, walking into the forest and a thrilling 6m jump into the river! The guide was very helpful and the farm... More

The hike at Estancia Mimosa was lovely, with beautiful waterfalls to swim in. The guide that we were with took a lot of photos and then sold us a DVD at the end. Well worth it. I would say, though, that if you have been on hikes to waterfalls in other parts of the world, this was not a unique... More

For very serious hikers this may not be your cup of tea, but for a beautiful walk through the woods alongside a beautiful river with gorgeous waterfalls some of which (5/8) you'll swim in, this is a worthwhile excursion. Lunch is delicious, the people are really friendly, you can relax in Adirondack chairs under some trees and watch alligators and... More

First of all, this place has the best food in brazil, and I have been here for 2 months, so I have some experience. The waterfalls are beautiful and the water is crisp, clear, and refreshing. We saw a ton of monkeys as well. The grounds are incredibly well maintained and the hike is easy but lovely. Definitely recommend this... More
