The beach is well maintained but silty. We prefer Pria de Costa past the shopping mall & over the bridge in Vila Velha for kayaking, snorkeling etc.

and now one of my favorites too...maybe too many bikinis. very family oriented place as all of Brasil is. we went to a nice restaurant across the street from the beach and had a great fish and lobster moquecas dinner. wonderful. moquecas capixaba. try it in a thick black clay pot, panella de barro. nice beach with nice people.
Like many other beaches in Brazil, this is not a beach to go to the beach.. You can go jog and walk... Have coconut water and corn. Thwt would be all
it´s a good place just to take a walk or cycling. Modern buildings it seems good to live. The beach is not prepared to receive tourists as the main points to have soft drink, beer and foods it´s not refurbished yet. They have promised to finish this summer but we will be luck if they end by summer 2013.
