We walked for kilometers at low tide: warm waves tickling our feet, a welcome cooling breeze and those amazing white sand dunes shimmering as far as we could see. The water is clean and lovely, with some body-surfing waves. There are more people close to Jeri, but as you walk along, it feels like you have your own island, it's... More

Beautiful small beach down, clam and quiet with a few really great restaurants. The beach was nice but the sand dunes are just amazing to watch the sunset from. Highly recommended weekend trip.

I read somewhere that this place is listed as one of the nicest beaches in the world - that's probably a bit of an exaggeration (especially as the brazilians in general don't have a great education about not littering) but still, it's a very nice beach, and it's location, at the tip of a national park composed almost entirely of... One of the most beautiful places I ever saw. Must drink tangerina frozen at Bar do Chico, you won't regret. Sunset at Duna Pôr-do-sol is amazing, try to do some sandboard also. Enjoy it.

First time in my life I've been i a place witch looked better on pictures then in a real life. Dune and view from it is absolutly magnificant but the beach it self is average. After a long and fun trip i expect something more breathtaking

Nice consistent beginner waves. Nice to walk around as well with a drink from one of the drink carts and a skewer. loved watching the Capoeira close to sunset as well.

Clean, warm and calm water. What else do you need? You could easily spend a whole day at this little beach and not regret it. Beautiful and very pleasant.

its a very special place, very small town, with not much to do but all its just TOO SPECIAL. Kind of surreal place. Super nice beach. The local people are very kind and u can leave your camera and things while going to swim and nothing happened. The dunes are huge (the biggest ive seen), the sunset is unique. If... More

Stunning scenery, can be very windy, which is great for kite and windsurfing. A great variety of sand colours makes for a great view.
