Barra is an interesting neighbourhood by the sea where you can find all facilities such as restaurants, shoppings, a nice beach, banks, bars and clubs. It´s 10 minutes away from downtown so it´s possible to go back and forth anytime everywhere. I think that´s the ideal place to relax by the beach then going shopping or simply walking around afterwards...
