I traveled around the world and experienced the good and the bad and in some very few places I left new friends behind. When we left the Tropical Tree Climbing home after a 4-day visit, we felt like we left family behind. We enjoyed the jungle walks, the tree climbing, the organic food and the family environment. We learned so... More

Finding it quite difficult to describe this magical place in a few words. What I can say is that the special energy of that family, the delicious homegrown amazon food and the clock free vibe added a magical touch to the already unique jungle - important to mention that this is untouched jungle and Vanessa and Leo do their very... we have spend marvelous days in jungle with Léo, Vanessa, their three kids, Estrella and Pedro. May be the best meal we have eaten in one month in Brasil. We have discovered jungle without clocks and with respect. Climbing the iron trees is a great time, the team is very patient and gives you wings. To be concret, the rooms... More

First of all, a huge thank you to Leo, Vanessa, Pedro and their whole family + friends, they are the ones who make it all possible and so magical. We climbed huge and magnificent trees, we explored the jungle, we ate sweet-tasting ants, we had some of the best food we've had anywhere in the world (right after being in... More

I booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 6... It was just too good to leave…. Was just lovely. Also very hard to describe. It's a two hour drive from Manaus - which isn't the most exciting city I’ve visited, then you pass Presidente Figueiredo and 20 minutes later you turn right onto a gated dirt track. Then you... Both the people and the experience made this a must-do experience for everyone looking for a true experience in the Amazon with wonderful, amazing people. This is an experience that all of us will keep in our hearts the rest of our lives.

Climbing into the forest canopy has been a dream of mine for about 8 years and Tropical Tree Climbing finally got me there, with my wife Emily, on a multi-day immersion trip. And it was great, learning how to climb up 50 meters and experiencing a monkey’s eye view of all the sights and sounds of the forest at sunset.... More

Our 4 days with Tropical Tree Climbing were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Pedro picked us up from the airport and the fun began immediately as he explained all about TTC and shared his stories. We arrived in the middle of the night where Leo was waiting for us with a bottle of fresh sugarcane juice. Nothing could prepare... More

Vanessa and Leo are the best--they invite you onto their property and into their home for an unforgettable experience in the jungle. We opted for a day trip of tree climbing where we were taken to a huge ironwood tree and taken to the top by Leo and Pedro. After the climb and an hour laying in a hammock at... More
