Description: We are highily recommended by the best travel book and through the best...
We are highily recommended by the best travel book and through the best travel foruns what most count to receive excellent reviews is our experience working for many years in tourism and that we take you deep in the jungle where only the local people and our jungle lodge base are there no other lodge is near to us, we have the best recommendation through the best traveller books and through the best traveler foruns. Sustainable tourism is our priority, we are the only Tourism agency who has done several social services around our Amazonian region for several times. Amazon Gero Tours advises you: Please, do not trust unauthorized people at the airport using good companies names to offer you tourism information, taxi or jungle tours, do pay attention when they approach you in front of the hostels even if they say they work for the hotel. Some Hostels and Hotels staffs use to offer you Jungle tours, jungle lodges or boat tours that they have never seen, just because a fat commission.

The actual tour itself is amazing. Piranha fishing, nighttime croc hunting, paddling on through the flooded forest (during rainy season,) trekking in the jungle and swimming in the amazon. Be warned that canoeing is differently than I would have defined it, we went in a big boat of 8 people and not in smaller boats as I imagined we would.... More

The days at the jungle lodge are a unique experience and I enjoyed this time very much. I went there for 4 days/3 nights with two other guys and we ended up being a group of 8 or 9 people, who took the different activities together. It is like you book an amount of days and join other people for... More

It Looks very tempting with a good Programm, that's why we booked a 6-Day 5 nights Tour with Gero. Transfer went very well, we were brought to the so-called base camp where we stayed for the whole stay, in a small and simple Bungalow that was ok though. the first 2 days were quite interesting with the different tours by... My friend and I had attended a conference in Natal decided to get a taste of the Brazilian jungle. We are both professors working in Poland and the UK respectively. Amazon Gero Tours has been recommended to us by a word of mouth of the academic community. We could spare only a couple of days, so the expectations were moderate... More

Everything in the tour went great. The food was good and while the lodge was a little on the "getting taking over by the jungle" side, dodging frogs and bats, checking your clothes for bugs, and learning to not turn on your flashlight and see what is crawling on (hopefully the outside) your mosquito net at night, all just adds... We did our Amazon trip through gero for 4 nights 5 days and everything was beyond perfect! Our guide Mageno (don't no if that's how you spell his name) made sure we had a fun, save and the best possible experience in the jungle, the lodge itself was awsome the food is the best we have eaten our whole trip... As part of a holiday to Brazil, my fiance and I booked on Gero Tours for a 4 day, 3 night Amazon trip in October 2014. What a terrific experience! The jungle lodge is basic, but comfortable, and we were well fed and watered. As nature lovers, we saw dozens of birds, as well as boa, caimans, sloth, tarantula, poison... More

Amazon Gero tour was very accommodating with our schedule and tailoring our experience. Damieon was our guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We saw pink dolphins, sloth, anaconda, monkeys and meeting of the waters. We stayed one night in the jungle lodge. The next day we did jungle hike and piranha fishing. Food was good. When going into the jungle... More

Me and my friend took a 4 days 3 night tour with Amazon Gero Tour. Everything was organized very well. There was a driver waiting for us at the airport at 2 a.m. who drove us to the hostel and picked us up again in the morning. We were staying in Ararinha Jungle Lodge and were sleeping in the hammocks... More

We decided to stay in the amazon jungle for 5 days and this was truly a fantastic experience. Our guides Shane and Ismail did everything in their power to make sure everyone was more than happy with the different activities. Much recommended!
