We arrived after a 3 day kayak trek tired, grubby, and hungry. We were pleased to find the boat harbor with lovely showers available for purchase and a nearby grocery store within walking distance to stock up on necessities for our continuing travels. The parking lot was neat and clean and folks seemed friendly.

The road up to the top of Cap Sante Park goes through neighborhoods. It's not a typical park but a huge rock to climb around the top and see the view of Anacortes and the Port of Anacortes. Small children should be watched if they climb on the rocks as you can easily slip down into the water. There is... More

I can't get myself up early enough for sunrises, but this place is incredible to watch the sunset. The walk up (if you don't have a car from town) is super easy and you walk past awesome homes with deer and other wildlife in the yards. The trails once you get up to the park are quite easy and all... More

This is a pretty hidden and small park. To be honest, I think "cliff" is a better name for it. Its a short windy road that leads to the top of the cliff and a little parking lot. At the top, you can see all the way out into the San Juan Islands on one side, then on the other... More

very friendly staff, clean, not very strong Wi Fi signal, would be great if breakfast was included, or breakfast coupon

This is a nice quick stop with a lovely overlook of the city and refineries. Pretty views of the surrounding area. You can climb the rocks but make sure you are wearing proper footwear and stay safe.

Beautiful panoramic views! Enough room to have a picnic as well! Lots of ships and landscape to be seen.

Found the park by accident as we were driving around the town. The road winds through an area of historic homes, very island-like atmosphere. The views up top of the harbor and out to sea were great. Saw two deer walking through the neighborhood on the way down.

Drive up to Cap Sante if you want a view of Anacortes and the surrounding scenery. We were happy to have found this spot, after driving up through a peaceful park-like Anacortes neighbourhood. The parking lot was quite full, but it WAS later in the afternoon, it was a glorious May Sunday, and the scenery was wonderful! I would recommend... More

This small park, on Cap Sante, is a perfect spot to take short hikes in town but surrounded by forest and nature. Deer abound. Top of the drive offers 270 degree views of channel, Cap Sante marina, and Fidalgo Island. Enjoy the lovely homes on Cap Sante too.
