We like to go early and sit by the window while sipping wine and having a bite to eat from the bar. The theatres are all nicely designed and the shows are always amazing.

This was a great little 2 person musical with a 6 person band. It was very enjoyable. This is a little theatre on the second floor of the Shirlington library.

The Signature Theatre started on a roll with its production of Phantom of The Opera a few years back, culminating in a national award. Then, its managment apparently began believing to keep its recognition as 1st rate, it needed to be trendy. The result (very common pattern for small theatres) is producing one dog after another. Favorite trick is to... More

Very fun. We were in the small theatre to see Black Comedy. Fun, local theater! Easy to get to - we took a cab.

We saw Shakespeare R&J there it was an amazing alternative version to the original play. The stage was very minimalist only 2 chairs and one chest, no big production but the show was amazing. It felt so good to see a show this close. The theater itself is amazing, beautiful building very modern and stylish!

We have a subscription to Signature this year after enjoying so many of their previous shows in other years. Dreamgirls was fantastic and several actors are up for Helen Hayes awards. The second floor lobby area is comfortable and the bar serves light food and wonderful cookies! The view from the lobby at night is relaxing and you feel miles... More

This Tony Award Winning Theater is one of the best in the DC area. There is free parking in one of the garages. This becomes important as they are not close to a Metro Station. Many restaurants nearby make this a wonderful day trip.

Went to the theater after the renovations. I loved it, small and intimate. Very elegant and modern. The stage on a square/round does not allow for a bad seat. The cast/production was excellent and if they keep the standard, will give any other theater a run for its money. There were warm cookies available during intermission. Yes, they have wine... More

My husband and I were lucky enough to score front row seats for Dreamgirls and we thought it was Broadway caliber. The entire cast was well-suited to their roles and put on a great show.

A professional theater with usually has top notch productions. Every so often they miss...but thats to be expected.
