$10 tasting was the highest. Some wines sold out. Average red wine but high priced for a taste and small pours compared to other wine tastings around the USA.

wIne tasting experience was excellent. I brought food with me, and after tasting, sat outside taking in the beautiful view with a glass of good wine.

Lovely mountaintop setting, with a large covered picnic area. We had brought sandwiches, and this was a very pleasant place for an outdoor lunch. Nice tasting room with pleasant wines.

Some of nicest views in the area - mountains all around. Wine was decent but this was among the vineyards we visited during a long day so cannot give honest assessment. Great spot for a picnic! Lots of outdoor tables.

While in the Rt151 area we stopped in for a tasting... First impressions were very impressive and further impressions kept us happy. The tasting room is beautifully decorated, grounds are very nicely manicured and the tasting room staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wines tasted nice as well. The views of the mountains around the area are amazing from here too!... More

Arrived at Afton and was immediately greeted by ambassador Deidre. We waited for Anna to be our tasting host. She was very friendly and knowledgable. Their wines are some of the best in the 151 highway corridor and we visited 6 wineries today. Much better than Barboursville.

Tucked away down a windy road, you enter the driveway past the winery and vines to the huge pavilion and tasting room. The tasting room is very welcoming as you enter the foyer you look into the "living room" seating area. The actual tasting room is to the left. Open and lots of natural light, two tasting bars with one... More

My husband and I enjoyed our tasting. While we didn't like the reds, we did love the whites. We had brought a picnic and enjoyed a glass each. Bought a bottle to go.... Looked like a great place to have a big event.

We have loved this vineyard for years and particularly the new owners and what they have done with the wines and the views and the whole experience, but this year has been such a disappointment. Before this year they had a lot of good to great wines at commensurate prices. But now the prices are sky high. Okay, if that... More
