We celebrated mass on a Sunday vigil. It was a lovely place and the homily was quite good. The parish was very friendly and offered me places to sit while waiting for reconciliation.

We went to the Latin service, which was very traditional. Most of the women cover their hair. Everything except the homily was in Latin. The parish is beautiful, and is at least worth a visit to see the architecture.

Old cathedral but only able to see a few parts. Loved the round stained glass window especially from the inside.

Stopped in to admire the architecture and the stained glass. A wedding rehearsal was in progress so didn't stay long. The building is fixing to be renovated.

The cathedral is located right near the Capitol and discovered it purely by mistake in this quiet hot afternoon July day. It provided the required cool and calm before going back into the heat to visit the Capitol and the rest. It has great majestic lines, although not as heavily decorated as the cathedral you find in Europe. During our... More

St. Mary's Cathedral is a traditional Church where we preferred to have our Catholic Sunday Mass heard.

Attended service here to enjoy the beauty of this Cathedral inside and out. Was stunned that parts of the mass are still spoken in Latin and felt comfort in the beauty of the surroundings.

This has been my parish for twelve years, and I love it even more now that they serve the Tridentine Latin Mass at 3:30 every Sunday. Small but beautiful, and if it's too crowded they will simulcast in Bishop's hall. I hear the school is very good, too. I went to a school Mass one morning and the kids were all... More

Attended mass here on my own while on a visit. The cathedral is small but incredibly beautiful. Mass is 12.05 each weekday and I thoroughly enjoyed the sermon on the commandments!
