I have been attending events here since I was a freshman in college in 1978. I have never had a bad seat. I have been to about 50 concerts and several hundred sporting events at the Erwin Center. The accoustics for concerts are normally great but music groups bring their own sound setups so it will vary by artist. The... More

Just got back from my first concert ever in the Erwin Center. John Mayer who I love. The acoustics were horrid. Really stinks that Austin a great music town has such a bad large venue for concerts. I would hestiate to shell out good money for a concert there.
