the venue has a really great design. I don't believe you can have a bad view. the general admission (standing room only) I think has the best "seat" in the house - there are actually no seats but you are very close to the stage and you are able to move around the room at your leisure. there are bars... Nice modern and sleek design make this venue really enjoyable. Have drinks at the stylish W Hotel right next door. Great location; lots of restaurants and shopping round out this neighborhood.

What an amazing night!!!! Talk about lucky, I heard that there a was a free night of music with hors dorves and wine tasting. Shinyribs was playing and what an amazing concert they put on. They are an Austin based band that plays all over the country.

There were no concerts at the venue while were in town, however you can take a tour on Friday mornings. We purchased our tickets at the box office and what an awesome tour we had. Tony was so knowledgeable and clearly has so much passion about ACL and his work there. They were prepping for a live taping for that... More

Even though ACL is now spread out over 2 weekends- there are plenty of Great Bands to enjoy. It's just before Austin F-1 Race so it's non-stop fun in Austin for 3 straight weekends. Weather is great in Fall- warm enough and cool enough in the evenings. 3C Entertainment puts on a Top Notch event every year. This is only... More

Great blues and rock musicians are here. Lots of history as well (as this place is the site of the Austin City Limits television show on PBS). You gotta see a concert here!

The ACL Venue is a great place to see all kinds of live acts. Chose between the floor and General admission, or reserved seats in the balcony. plenty of Bars to serve, a great stage and a great sounds system...don't miss the tradition of an original Texas Music legendary venue!

This is a great venue although it has gotten a little big for my taste. There is lots to do and the sound is magnificent. Wherever you choose to sit down will be a great place to be. Its comfy and casual. The food area is supreme and the beach is a great idea. I love this venue and the... More

Austin City Limits Live is hosted at The Moody Theater in a state-of-the-art, 2,700 + venue that is so good, it is also a PBS program produced by KLRU-TV. Live acts run the gamut -- it never disappoints - much like the South by Soutwest extravaganza - but of course, on a much smaller scale. Enough said.
