I've lost track of how many shows I've been to here. Love how close you can get to the stage. It is truly magical.
This venue is lovely, I've seen many a great show here. High quality audio and classy. It is smallish and intimate enough to really have a great experience with the artist. I also appreciate not needing to walk a mile around an arena with spilled beer on the floor to find my seat. The only thing I would mention is... More
Thoroughly enjoyed the Sting concert at this awesome venue. Small theater so really no seat is a bad seat. Definitely worth a visit.
All of the best Austin singer-songwriters like Willie Nelson, Robert Earl Keene, Dixie Chicks etc. plus some "pretty good 'foreigners" Los Lobos, Blind Boys of Alabama, Decembrists, Bare naked Ladies...
What an experience courtesy of the FanFest during F1 Grand Prix weekend. We had floor access to see "Sting" and altho we had to stand, we were nearly 50 ft away from the stage! Can't get any better than that! If you want a seat, go early when the doors open to grab a bar stool and table!
Everyone has played here. On any given day you can see a national, local, or global band comes and rocks this place. Austin is weird, weird in the best way. The music, bars, and nightlife is so fun!
This was a special concert for the Formula 1 race fans, but since I live in the Austin Metro area , I attended the concert with my wife. I was very interested in seeing the venue and was not disappointed. The show featured Asleep at the Wheel with three additional singers, all excellent. All seats are good in the theatre.... More
This is typically one of the highlights of the year for me. It is kind of like having a huge meal with many courses, and you can't decide what you want. So, you have a little of each and you come away satisfied. Always something new, and I have been to and seen hundreds of musical acts in my lifetime.... More
I have seen Austin City Limits many times on PBS, but finally got the chance to see a live concert while visiting Austin for the Formula 1 weekend. Walking around the Fan Fest event and stumbled upon the venue and decided to find out who was playing and catching a show. Turned out "A Sleep at the Wheel" with various... More
Took the tour which lasted 2-1/2 hours and very informative. Would recommend this tour. Our guide was very nice and told us many great stories.
