Recent purchase by Hyatt has done nothing for this hotel. They have done away with Illy coffee and the service at the bakery/café was horrible, including 45 mins for a bowl of oatmeal and a continental pastry/juice/coffee breakfast! In fact, we were trying to find our waitress to cancel when she finally delivered the bowl of oatmeal and the wrong... More

Walking into the lobby of this hotel is like stepping back in time. It is very beautiful. We walked in there with the intention of having a drink and listening to some music. As we walked around however some cocktail waitress barked at us that all the tables were reserved. Didn't offer any info on how to get on a... More

We stopped by to eat here at their cafe. The Danish bread was so delicious. Their menu is a bit pricey but can be expected for a grand place. The interiors a re truly grand.

Took a client here for lunch. I have been here many times and the staff is always professional, the food is great. Beautiful hotel and if you are here during the Christmas holidays, it is breathtaking!

Met some friends for a drink and some music. Country trio upstairs at the bar. Ordered drinks and after almost half an hour's wait got up and found another waitress to place the order again. Both waitress' showed up at the same time, drank one drink order, tipped the band and left. Don't think I'll be going back there again,... More

We ate here for breakfast because reviews of eggs benedict were so good. I must be really picky because I found them to be barely average. The food was cold and the english muffins weren't even toasted. My husband had an omelet and it also came out cold. We heard the table next to us complaining about the food as... More

Took my sister there with her daughter. Just the best place for a drink and some nuts to munch. Comfy, classy, quiet, great service. Definitely better than some cheap coffee shop, and the same price basically.
