Our review is for 2 hires one for an overnight rental, the other for the food tour. We hired 2 bikes for overnight rental to be delivered to our hotel, they were a bit late, but with a quick phone call all was sorted and we were on our way, no problem. Coming from Australia we found this part a... More

We had such a great time!!! We finally had a little time off and haven't been out enjoying the city for some time. We decided to explore the new boardwalk and have lunch on South Congress so Rocket Electric Bikes seemed like a good idea. Joanna was amazing, so friendly and informative. She's positively effervescent. The bikes are so easy... More

I can't say enough about Rocket Electrics and how much fun we had on the food tour. We're frequent visitors to Austin, but our guide took us to some places we would never have found on our own (or thought to look!). The bikes were SUPER fun and easy to ride. My bike had a flat tire at one point,... More

This was our second time taking the foodie tour on Rocket Electrics and I was blown away that it could have topped the first time! It was absolutely the highlight of our trip. There are so many new things in Austin that each tour is it's own adventure. The new hike and bike trail makes getting across I35 a breeze.... More

Had a great time riding the trails and the other's in our party who were not keen about bicycle riding were pleasantly surprised by the ease of riding an electric bike. Thank you again.

When you rent and electric bicycle you get the best of both worlds. You get to leisurely sightsee, get a little or a lot of exercise and ride the trails. Has it been awhile since you were on a bike? No worries. It is so much easier on an electric. Peddle as much as you want and when you hit... More

We had a great time on our ride on the bike trail on Lady Bird Lake. We arrived after 4 p.m. and were able to get a half day rental. Even though we had to wait out a rainstorm and return the bikes by 6:30 p.m., we had a great ride. I am not in top physical shape so having... More

The reviews are accurate and well deserved. We had a blast on these electric bikes touring Austin with Liz and John. The ride along the river parkway is both scenic and shaded for the most part (a boon in steamy Austin). Liz and John did a great job filling in the Austin story and pointing out the sights along the... More

The Rocket Electric bike tour is a must! We wanted to do the food tour, but it was sold out, so we signed up for the Lady Bird Lake tour and it was amazing. The electric bikes are great for all levels and ages because you can pedal or not. The only downside to the bike is that there is... More
