Saw Diana Krall concert here last Tuesday night. Our seats were in Balcony 2 on row H which gave us a nice view of the stage since the balcony seats are tiered enough to see over those in front of you (and I'm only 5 ft tall). This venue is not huge nor is it too small since it holds... More

There are no bad seats in this venue. Saw il Divo. They were magnificent! Charming. Humorous. Extremely talented. But the sound system was underwhelming. It may be great for rock, but was just too loud for this distinguished group. Also the lighting was distracting. They need to learn how to support more sophisticated music. Austin has better.

State of the art sound and film editing. The perfect venue to see live music. As a part owner Willie Nelson has his own private smoking balcony. No word on what he puffs there. His new statue is outside.

No matter where you sit, it's a good seat. Can see the artist and fairly intimate. Great photos on the walls of lots of Rock legends. There are bars thruout and also a waitress. They serve nonalcoholic beer. Great venue for music.

What a great venue to see music or comedy! When visiting Austin it's a good idea to see who is playing and work your trip around it. I was so impressed with the photo's all around the theater and any seat is a great seat.

State of the Art venue for performance, Bonnie Rait of course superior. I have attended many concerts at Moody during SXSW, cannot say enough about this facility. If all you did was stand on the balcony overlooking 2nd street, it would be a score!

A truly great place to visit, iconic and fun venue for a private party. The food quality was amazing, W hotel was the caterer we chose. It was especially fun having the auditorium/theater opened up. I wasn't sure if people would use the space but many did come in and sit in the seats and had wonderful conversations. John Legend... More

Went to see Lyle Lovett and had second row seats on the floor. I don't think there really is a bad seat in the theatre. Very, very nice venue! Had dinner across the street before the show at the "Taverna" and then just walked across the street to the show.

It was our first time going to this ACL Live venue and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing Vince Gill last night. The theater is beautiful and the acoustics are amazing. We sat in the mezzanine (which I will do again next time) and had a great view. In looking for tips beforehand on this site and others wish more had mentioned... More
