We go to Pete's Piano Bar eve time we are in downtown Austin. Its always upbeat and a blast. For me I have for the most part always had great service as well. Now there is going to be several bachelorette parries going on but that's half the fun watching the parties interact with the pianos players. Ya gotta try... More

We've been to the Pete's in downtown Houston numerous times so we were excited to experience the original Pete's in Austin and we weren't disappointed!!! Their musicians were fabulous and played not only the piano but the drums and guitar as well. They constantly interact with the audience keeping the energy high and everyone smiling. This location has an upper... More

As South Africans we got to teach all the guys "alice who the f@#$ is alice". Brilliant spot to hear the guys perform impromptu requests handed in with a dollar.

A must place to stop, so entertaining, the music and banter didn't stop, they had 2 sets of piano players so probably continued all night. My partner and I are not really into loud raucous nights out but this was fun, drinks were good prices, loved it, will look to see if there are other branches on our next vacation.... More

We stopped in on a Saturday night for a couple of drinks and had a really great time. They guys probably play the same songs and tell the same jokes every week, but they really got the crowd into it. The pianists were great about taking audience requests. As the evening went on, the crowd got to be a little... More

In Austin for business and went out with coworkers on a Thursday night. Our first and only stop was Pete's! We each had to pay a $3 cover charge. We got there at 8:30pm and it was already full of people. A bachelorette party and several people celebrating their birthdays were happening. This place is huge...there's the main floor by... More

what a great evening. these guys are so talented. No break in the songs and everyone knows them (or at least the chorus). Fun to see what people pay to get their college song or favorite tune played. Stayed far longer than we intended. great fun!

several of girls got together and met at Pete's. We had a blast. Singing, dancing, clapping and drinking! Perfect evening. I still can't believe what some of the people pay to have their fight song played...but power to ya! It was great! Can't wait to go again.
