This tour gave a great overview of the food truck scene in Austin. Our guide expertly paced the visits, shared food culture in Austin, and introduced many of the restaurant owners. We would never have found the amazing Monte Cristo sandwich, nor would we have been able to skip to the head of the line at a super popular barbeque... More

I booked this tour for a corporate event for about 25 people and it was the perfect atmosphere for the group! Andy helped customize the tour to our needs/likings and I had several people say it was the best corporate event we've done (and we do A LOT...). Andy organized a bus for transportation and we went to 4 different... More

We've been on several food tours in different cities, and we would not recommend this company to anyone. They apparently overbooked the tour and some of us instead of being on a bus with a driver and tour guide, were stuck in a crowded van with a driver who was also supposed to be the tour guide. The food was... More

We took the South Congress tour and were very full when it was over. We started out with coffee from Jo's and a piece of cinnamon bread that was from a nearby bakery, the coffee and bread were just ok. We learned a lot from the owner of Snack Bar, she is a very sweet person and wanted to share... More

We took the Saturday food truck tour that started in the market. Everything was extremely well-organized in every way. Our guide Andy, the owner of the tour company, was knowledgeable, easy going, and dedicated to making an incredible food-tasting experience for us all. We had a variety of food stops to include an AMAZING barbeque joint. The line of customers... More

We had a fabulous time on the Austin Easts Food Tour - we did the Saturday tour. Every stop was great and we were able to avoid the lines of many of the stops. Do not eat before this tour as you will get PLENTY of food. And it was all delicious.

I go to a Food Tour every city that I visit, so I had pretty high expectations for the Austin Eats Food Tours. I was hoping that the famous weird city would have some interesting food to try, hut this didn't seem to be the case. However, it did have a wonderful balance of the best traditional Texas foods and... More

We took the East side electric bike tour. Having been to Austin lots of times we wanted to explore the east side and what it had to offer. Andy the owner of Austin Eats was our tour guide. This is one of the best city food tours I've ever been on. It was so fun checking out all the food... More

I recently experienced that Austin Eats Food Tour with our guide, Daniel. We started at Jo's café with a super delicious cinnamon roll and coffee. Get a picture in front of the famous wall "I love you so much". Then on to Snack Bar, Guerro's [loved the Margarita !!!!], Hopdoddy, Burro, and Home Slice. It was a very relaxed, easy... More

A group of 4 of us visited Austin for the first time. Since we had heard about all the wonderful food, we did two tours with Austin Eats and the food trailer tour was by far the best. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with wonderful background on each of the locations we visited. We all ate way... More
