My wife and I went out with Casey and about 7 other people. He was very professional and entertaining. He made us feel safe, but yet allowed us to enjoy the tour. The weather was rainy all day and he kept a close eye on it as it developed. Everything ended up being perfect and we saw about a million... More

After all the recommendations in Austin for food spots or drinking we were excited to find this kayaking tour to break up the week and get in some exercise. Our tour group was small- 9 people total and we had plenty of freedom to kayak to the bridge and back at our own pace. It takes about 45 minutes for... More

This is absolutely one of the best things we did on our vacation. It was so much fun. I took my 4yr old daughter and rented a tandem kayak for the sunset bat bridge tour. The kayak was great and having Mr. Casey as a tour guide was such a great way to experience the bats. You will see so... More

Be sure to allow three hours total if registering for the bat tour. Nice kayaking on the lake, especially returning at night with the Austin skyline. Dan (Dave?) was helpful and full of interesting information.

We had a lovely trip with Dan and John! Dan was full of information. We rented a canoe. It was great because we had more room for our stuff. The lake is absolutely beautiful. The bats were fascinating to watch. This is a must if you're in Austin! Great trip and fantastic guides!

We booked a bat-viewing trip for the night of our arrival, and it's the perfect detox experience after being in airports and plains all day. Casey and his wife were cheerful, helpful and energetic, the equipment well-maintained. We arrived a little early so we got to have chicken kimchee tacos at the South Park food truck circle (4 food trucks... More

Having never kayaked before, I was a bit anxious about kayaking for bat tour. My anxiety was quickly laid to rest by Casey and Dan. Dan was knowledgable and added humor to tour. Our expectations were beyond fulfilled! It was truly a memory that we will never forget. Will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Austin or interested in viewing... More

Live Love Paddle did a great job of setting us up for a fun morning of kayaking on Lady Bird Lake. Casey gave us very good advice and kayak training before we headed out. We saw lots of turtles, ducks and a couple of herons on our paddle to the Congress Ave Bridge. The facilities and equipment were above our... More

Breakfast tacos are up there too, but the bats are a unique and wonderful experience. Our guide was knowledgeable about the city as well as the bats. We had a relaxed paddle and weren't hounded to speed up or slow down, it was truly our tour! We were able to hear the bats before the sun went down and had... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening tour to see the bats emerging from the Congress Street Bridge. Dan was knowledgeable and a great guide. Kayaking back by moonlight with the lights of the city glowing around us was as impressive as the bats themselves.
